• —Uploaded files — product images, brand logos, and video assets you upload when configuring your order. These are used solely to produce your ad deliverables.
• —Order history — records of packages purchased, deliverables requested, and revision history.
• —Payment status — we track whether a payment has been completed, but we do not store any financial details (see Section 4).

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

We use cookies strictly for authentication purposes. When you sign in, a session cookie is set via NextAuth to keep you logged in securely. We do not use advertising cookies, third-party tracking pixels, or analytics cookies. We do not track your behaviour across other websites.

4. Payment Processing

Payments are processed via Interac e-Transfer to novadvertisement@gmail.com. We do not collect, store, or have access to your bank account details, card numbers, or any other financial credentials. We only receive confirmation of payment via your banking app and the corresponding order amount.

5. Uploaded Files and Media

Any product images, brand logos, or video files you upload during the order configuration process are stored on our servers and used exclusively to produce the ad assets you have ordered. We do not share, sell, or distribute your uploaded files to any third parties. When your project is complete, your uploaded files remain accessible through your account dashboard.

6. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored in our database. When deployed to production, our database and file storage are cloud-hosted with encryption at rest and in transit. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Passwords are stored using industry-standard hashing algorithms and are never stored in plain text.

7. Data Sharing and Third Parties

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third parties. We do not share your data with advertisers, data brokers, or marketing platforms. We may share data only in the following limited circumstances:

• —With your bank (via Interac e-Transfer) solely for the purpose of processing your payment.
• —If required by law, court order, or governmental authority.
• —To protect the rights, property, or safety of NovaAds, our users, or the public.

8. Portfolio Usage

We may showcase completed ad assets in our portfolio on novaads.ca or on our social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok) to demonstrate the quality of our work. If you prefer that your deliverables not be used in our portfolio, please notify us in writing at novadvertisement@gmail.com and we will honour that request.

9. Your Rights and Data Deletion

Under PIPEDA, you have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal information. Specifically, you may:

• —Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
• —Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information.
• —Request deletion of your account and all associated personal data.

10. Age Requirement

Our services are intended for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By creating an account and using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
